Hey! So Glad You're Here.

HI My name is Rhian and I'm trying to reach out to those individuals that have difficulty taking soy and dairy out of their diet, as well as reflux foods such as onion, garlic, tomato and chilli.

I've created this blog to see if I can make life a little easier for those trying to find ideas or foods that they can create at home. I first had difficulty with this 3 years ago when I was told that first born had severe reflux and soy and dairy intolerances and because I was breastfeeding I needed to cut them out of my diet too. 

​

This was a completely new transition for me and I struggled with this change. I had a screaming bay that did not sleep and no time to find recipes and look at ingredients on food packaging. I lost 6 kgs in weight, weight that I didn't have to loose and my breast supply dropped needing medications and post natal depression.

Since this experience I have met lots of mums with the same issues and same struggles so here I am. I am not a dietician or an expert in food but I will provide you simply with links to websites with recipes that I have used. here you will be able to find the recipes easily and add to your diet.
