Hi my name is Rhian and I'm excited to set up this blog full of Reflux, dairy and soy free recipes

 

'First off I'm not a nutritionalist, dietician or an expert on food. I've set up this blog mainly to help first time mums or first first time individuals that need to cut out reflux, (tomato, ,garlic, onion and chilli) dairy and soy foods out of their diet. 

 

I struggled with my diet when i was told I needed to go dairy and soy free as well as avoiding foods that would exacerbate reflux. whilst breastfeeding. Both my sons were diagnosed with severe reflux and had a dairy and soy intolerance.s  The first time round though I lost 6kgs in weight (weight that I did not need to loose) ,low breast milk supply needing medication and post natal depression. 

 

If anyone is going through a similar situation then I hope you find this blog useful and make your life less stressful. I will provide links to websites with a particular recipe, a recipe that you can include into your diet. These websites may have more recipes that you think you may enjoy but finding the websites may be difficult.  so here goes...
